Free running club every Saturday, open to all.
Running encapsulates the spirit of NOMAD. Our bodies are made to move and on Saturday mornings, NOMAD offers a free running club with an open invitation. Used by most as a tickover session to keep our mind and bodies connected, a Saturday morning run comes at the perfect time for those who already train twice a week.
We meet at the gym and set off to locations such as Battersea Park or the banks of the Thames. We run together, stopping frequently but covering at least 5 kilometers.
