NOMAD is a brand new gym located in Chelsea, London.

At the forefront of everything we do is a holistic approach to exercise, focused on enhancing mental well-being by testing ourselves physically! 


We believe that mental discipline is hugely beneficial to everyone, whatever their current fitness levels, and as such our training programs are built from the ground up to push for muscular endurance. When the going gets tough, we work to tune your mind to keep going, rather than to give up, or quit.


Our head coach, Joe, believes that the mental strength and sense of achievement gained in completing NOMAD workouts has a direct benefit on everyday life and subconsciously starts working right from the first session.  


We believe this well-rounded approach to training challenges the body in new ways every single workout. You will never get the same session at NOMAD.
