Muscular Endurance training & Fitness Tests

NOMAD trains differently to other gyms. We push muscular endurance type training methods where strength is built and fitness levels are tested. We take a much more plyometric approach to training, preferring an explosive Long Jump to strengthen legs, rather than a Seated Resistance Machine. For us, sharpening motor skills such as Balance and Co-ordination far outweigh the benefits of building a bulky frame. At NOMAD we want to make you more agile and athletic. Don’t get us wrong, we believe in heavy Kettlebell Swings, but you won’t find a Squat Rack in our headquarters!
